A: Work begins only after your initial payment is received. For shorter packages (8 weeks or less), 50% is due upfront. For longer timelines, one-third of the total is required before we begin.
A: Payments are non-refundable once services begin. If you need to cancel before we start, just let us know in writing. We ask for a 7-day written notice for early termination.
A: Your active participation is key! We’ll handle the outreach, but we need clear communication and collaboration from you during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM).
A: We specialize in real-world, referral-building visibility. While we support your online presence, our focus is on meaningful in-person relationships that convert.
A: Each package has a defined scope and timeline. If additional work is requested or extra time is needed, those requests will be billed separately with your approval.
